To better serve our customers and provide more efficient operations, The Levy Group of Companies has consolidated two of its long standing Michigan asphalt divisions. The former companies, Ace Asphalt Paving Company and Saginaw Asphalt Paving Company have been combined to form Ace-Saginaw Paving Company. By combining the strengths, experience and knowledge of both organizations, Ace-Saginaw Paving Company will continue to offer the highest level of customer service and products to exceed the ever changing needs of our valued customers.

Ace-Saginaw Paving Company is a full service organization that manufactures asphalt materials and provides complete asphalt paving operations. We operate five high capacity asphalt plants, conveniently located in Oakland, Genesee, Saginaw, Huron and St. Clair Counties. To ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, we also run our own MDOT certified asphalt testing labs. Our paving crews are staffed with highly skilled and experienced personnel equipped with the most technologically advanced equipment available. This outstanding combination of multiple plants and multiple crews, coupled with an experienced estimating staff gives our customers confidence that we’ll be there when they need us, on time and on budget. We are members of the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association, Michigan Asphalt Paving Association, National Asphalt Paving Association and pre-qualified with the State of Michigan.

Ace Asphalt & Paving Company was established in 1957 as a small, family owned business. Ace Asphalt was purchased by the Levy Group of Companies in the fall of 1983 and subsequently evolved into one of the largest asphalt producers and paving contractors in southeast Michigan. Ace Asphalt was widely recognized as a highly rated contractor with core values that embodied integrity and dependability while providing top-notch products and services.

Established in 1952, Saginaw Asphalt Paving Company has long been synonymous with quality asphalt paving. Purchased by the Levy Group of Companies in 2003, this once family owned business became the largest asphalt producer in Huron, Tuscola, and Saginaw Counties. In addition, Saginaw Asphalt came to be one of the largest Cold Patch producers in the state of Michigan.
